The owner was very welcoming and friendly, we had no trouble communicating in English. The rooms were clean, homely and comfortable. Not luxurious but very good for the price. Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Nice, flowery balcony. Good connection to Innsbruck through STB tram.

In the room with the bunk beds there's only a roof window which we had to keep closed some nights due to storms and rain. That made the room quite stuffy.

The apartment's location is truly remarkable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable, warmly welcoming us into their home. They graciously offered us a tour of their Cow House, where we had the delightful opportunity to savor fresh milk during our stay. The enchanting garden at the back, designed for children, provides a breathtaking view akin to being nestled right beside a majestic mountain. Our time spent in the apartment and in the charming village of Mutters was truly unforgettable.

The ceiling height in the apartment is relatively low, requiring me to be mindful of my posture and keep my head down to avoid any potential discomfort. :)

It's a clean and comfortable place. The family was kind and unobtrusive. The location was convenient to Innsbruck and the surrounding area.

The room that we were in is in the attic of the house, so the ceiling slants toward the floor around one edge of the room that was a minor inconvenience

Super nice and cozy apartment, they welcomed us as part of the family. We found a bottle of good wine and some sweets for the kids in the apartment when we arrived. The family has been super nice to help us organizing the transfers from-to Innsbruck. Much recommended hosts and apartment! Kids loved the animals and nativity scenes all around the village and in this house. Well connected with a tram to the center of Innsbruck. Supermarket and bakery closed by.

The location of the house and the facilities it has. The kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking food. There was a beautiful balcony where you can sit and gaze through mountains while sipping your tea. Also the hosts were very nice. They gave us the fresh milk which was super tasty. I would love to visit this place again.

It's a bit far from the city so traveling via train makes it little difficult to reach.
