Good Seminyak new location close to restaurants and bars Really comfortable bedrooms nice little kitchen and pool The young lady who runs the property is fantastic

The staffs were really accommodating and kind. Place was clean. There’s a Circle K nearby which was convenient. Pool was big enough to actually swim. Overall really nice!

No backup power (like diesel generator) if there’s a power outage. Chances are slim but never zero cause we did experience a major, island-wide power outage and was sitting in the dark for hours lol. Thank you for the fruits though.

The lovely house keeping lady Ketut was amazing. Very helpful and keeps the place very nice and tidy.

Our flights got canceled due to a volcanic eruption. Next flight we were offered was a week after that day. So we looked and somehow managed to rebook another flight that was leaving 12 hours after. We explained the situation and asked the manager Komang if we could have a late check out due to this if they don’t have any guests checking in on that day. Didn’t even bother to ask how we were. First thing he texted was how much it would cost. Very disappointing and it feels like they are making money out of tragedy. Mosquitoes were everywhere as the property was very much open to the outside all the time. Mosquito nets covering the beds and mosquito coils are there though. Wash basins don’t drain water properly half the time. The roof was leaking from one spot when raining

The villa is stunning the pictures do not do it justice. Katut the housekeeper is an angel she can not do enough for you, she treated me and my friend like her own daughters ❤️❤️ nothing is too much trouble. 100% recommend would defo stay again. The villa has everything you need including umbrellas and a bottled water dispenser.

I love everything about this villa! It was clean, spacious, location was close by to the restaurants.When we were there the wifi was down but the lady was quickly contact the provider to fix it! Highly recomended!

Fantastic staff, check in and check out was a breeze. Great pool, spacious compound and no shortage of fresh towels.

Soap and shampoo provided were a little harsh.

Superb Villa! But above all, an amazing staff! The managers Komang and Ketut are delightful. They were very available when we needed them and did an excellent job with the daily cleaning. When booking the villa, I hadn't noticed that the living room and kitchen were outdoors. I was apprehensive about security and insects, but there was absolutely nothing to worry about! The staff does everything possible to keep insects away, and the security is very safe! Nothing to fear. The villa is a 5-minute walk from a lane with restaurants and shops and a 15-minute walk from the beach. Really perfect.

It’s not a big deal, but the villa is in a dark alley. However, there's nothing to worry about as there are many villas nearby!
