"Probably would look for better value next time."

Location is good. Quiet and private. The staff were courteous and efficient.

We stayed at this Villa 6 years ago which is why we stayed a second time. There has been little to no money spent on maintenance. The Villa is getting very tired with a lot of the fittings worn or broken. It is expensive for the condition of the property

The property was beautiful A perfect size and very clean, we all loved it very much. We also loved Sustika who manages the villa; he helped us a lot in our stay here at the villa. Amazing person and very good at his job! Highly recommended

It was absolutely beautiful and so nice to stay here. the staff was very friendly and helped us with a lot of things. Would definitely recommend for friends and family!

The aircon in one room doesn’t work very well so we had to take the fan from the living room, we also found the pool wasn’t cool enough, but other than that i would absolutely love to stay here again

"Beautiful, spacious villa in Seminyak"

Beautiful villa in Seminyak, friendly and helpfull staffs, good sized pool. The villa is spacious and very clean, situated in a calm area but you can find cafes and supermarkets in walking distance.

A bit far from the beach, you need to walk about 30 minutes or take a taxi. Hard mattresses.
