Lovely clean modern apartment. Great location. 2nd bedroom quite small but not tiny

Security was good. Location handy for amenities but too noisy for us.

Not as luxurious as I thought, especially for the price. Quite dirty and worn, needs deep clean and new bedding, general spruce up. Few things broken, sink plug,drawer handles, floor tiles in bathrooms, window shutters. Would have been good to know it was Freshers week, as 1st night very disturbed by large group of students in bus stop directly outside apartment, they stayed until after 4.30 a.m, leading to no sleep. Couldn’t shut window in main bedroom, as shutter wouldn’t open and window beyond that was open. Generally very noisy, pub opposite had early morning deliveries, bus stops directly outside. Bed in main room not very comfortable as was 2 singles pushed together which left ridge in middle, stripped bedding on last day, pillows and quilts quite stained. Would have liked welcome pack, no coffee pods for coffee machine, maybe some ear plugs ? disappointing. Before visit I sent a few messages, via Booking.com and via text but got no replies.

The apartment was in a great location with a nice outlook. It was safe and secure which is important in a busy city area. The rooms were clean and well furnished.

The plugs in the bathroom sinks could do with replacing and maybe more towels and more body wash in bath but everything was fine.

The location was very central and near attractions. It was a very spacious flat. It was tastefully decorated. It was very spacious and very well equipped. The cleaning was to a high standard.

Communication was slow and vague. Some information was contradictory. The agent really could have been more helpful. I had to message twice and email to get information about access and only got a response the day before arrival. They didn't respond to a query I had during my stay.
