The location is excellent for not that far away.ost things to see in York. Even the Imphal Barracks / Kohima Museum was not that far away.

The property was in a perfect location for every aspect of our trip. The property was extremely comfortable and very well maintained.

Excellent location, town/shops/restaurants within easy walking distance. Blue hop on hop off bus has a stop right on door step. The apartment had everything you'll need. The only minor fault was no bath slip mat in the main bathroom bath and/or handrail, but as I said, this was minor, and we just used the ensuite shower. Beds are super comfy. The main bedroom was spacious, 2nd bedroom was small but still room enough for double bed and was perfectly adequate. Lighting in bathrooms was quite dim, which hindered a group of girls getting ready in the evening but again minor. We really enjoyed our stay and the little balcony was a bonus especially as the sun was shining on our visit. Would definitely book again. We only had to call the hosts once for instructions for access. We spoke to Sally, and she was super helpful and lovely. For the times we didn't want to walk too far, we got an Uber, York train station is walkable but frustrating with luggage and cost only approximately £8, well worth it!

Second time staying here and still as good as the first time. Excellent location, just a short walk from the Shambles, added bonus of a balcony and beds very comfortable. Already booked for our third stay in November. Home from home
