Beautiful apartment in a great location

The location for this flat was great. Quick access to the historic center and groceries. The flat was well appointed and having a washer was very helpful. The balcony had a great view of Clifford's tower and a nice spot to have morning coffee or tea. The pub across the street was a good landmark to give Uber drivers, so transport was easily arranged.

The flat is across the street from a very active pub and trendy new food court, as well as on a busy street with multiple buses stopping and in a high traffic area. All of that added up to a very loud location and since we needed the windows open because of the heat, it was difficult to sleep due to the noise, even though we travel with earplugs. There were also inconsistencies between the check-out information in the flat, and what had been provided in our Booking messages, specific to check-out time and instructions on what to do with the key, etc. that caused some confusion.

Good location relative to town centre and attractions. Modern with good facilities.

Bed and pillows weren’t overly comfortable. The apartment was very warm so had windows open overnight which meant the outside noise was disruptive at times.

Great location, clean, bright & spacious apartment

It was in a convenient part of the city. Just a little noisy at night.

There were a couple of things needed attention.

The hot water is on a timer and needed to be boosted to have a shower when we arrived, lost time waiting for water to heat up, would have liked to have this information in advance. The apartment is hot even with windows open and fan on, didn’t sleep well
