Great location, clean rooms. Good communication with the owner.

There was a bit of a smell to the room. But once we opened the windows and doors was fine

Compact apartment with everything we needed for a few nights stay in Bologna. Centrally located, excellent coded entry, good shared laundry space which was helpful!

The windows face out to the Main Street, there needs to be a double or triple system of blinds and curtains installed to stop the bright city lights entering the apartment at night. Similarly, this could also restrict some evening noise.

Location nella zona pedonale sotto le due torri. Esci e sei già lì per tutto, nel quadrilatero, locali, negozi e meraviglie della città. Monolocale pulitissimo, confortevole e ben organizzato. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile ad accoglierci con un check in anticipato ed accettare il nostro cagnolino, non indicato nei servizi su booking. Sempre tempestivi e gentilissimi nelle risposte telefoniche e con disponibilità estrema. Meglio di così non si può!

The location is incredible, in that you are walking distance to everything you could want out of Bologna. We also really appreciated a visit from a member of staff to check that we had arrived ok and that everything was working. I will also mention that the response times were outstanding. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the location is also a negative, in that you are above a pizza shop which is open until 5am and draws large crowds of young people. There is no aggression or threat but they are so noisy that sleep is a struggle, even with triple glazing. Other little gripes: even apartments in the UK have a coffee machine as standard. It's unusual to find somewhere without one. No complimentary water is also a surprise nowadays. Finally, the TV is old school, no opportunity for a night in with Netflix. All first world problems, but when you pay for an appointment, generally these come as standard.
