Petronio Residence - by Bologna Residences

Right in the center of the city center, Petronio Residence lacks nothing. I couldn't find better accommodation. I was impressed.

Even if I wanted to, I can't find anything I didn't like.

Location was fantastic with a lovely little rooftop space to sit outdoors

Comfortable, nicely decorated, fantastic location right in the heart of Bologna, you can walk everywhere. Large comfortable bed and good sound insulation, even on the first floor overlooking the street it was very quiet. Having a lift (esp with luggage) was very welcome, and not a given for accommodation in the historic district of an Italian town. Easy to access with a code, no danger of losing/forgetting keys. Many good restaurants and cafes close by, and around the corner is the famous Quadrilatero food district of Bologna.

Unfortunately there was a strong and unpleasant odour of drains in the bathroom. Also the placement of the shower fittings made the shower recess rather cramped and awkward.

Gute Lage

Die Klimaanlage im Innenhof war zu laut. Man müsste im Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof eine dreifache Verglasung durchführen.

Bright, clean, comfortable apartment in a great central location. Useful extras like tea & coffee, oil & vinegar, plenty of clothes hangers, laundry facilities, plus a little roof terrace. Staff very helpful.

Incredible location and staff were helpful behind the scenes when needed. 3 adults travelling and apartment had plenty of room for us.

Beds were average to uncomfortable. Don’t like a double made of 2 singles pushed together it’s never that comfortable. Many places seem to ignore mattresses and beds, pillows etc. To me this is the most important.

The check in process was online and straightforward and they were very responsive on messages. There are no keys, just a code so easy to come and go. The apartment is good, clean and modern and the little terrace is a bonus, it was nice to be able to sit outside and play cards. The bathroom has good water pressure for italy, a little worn but all works well. They provided dishwasher tablets and toiletries which is a nice touch. The location is fantastic, right next to the main square with excellent bars and restaurants.the studio was at the back of the building and it was really quiet at night, and the beds are extremely comfortable, we slept really well.

The apartment does not have proper air conditioning, it has a fan cooling unit which works but very slowly. In 24hours with the blinds and curtains shut it cooled one degree! We stayed in no.6 it is described as a suite, its a studio apartment, good size but not a separate bedroom.

Отседнах в това място за настаняване през м. Март тази година и много ми хареса всичко. Затова сега отново го избрах без колебание! Чудесно централно местоположение, лесен достъп с код,което дава свобода на всички, без да се съобразяват с времето си на прибиране, чисто и уютно!

Няма такова нещо🙂
