Had to sleep in trackies and socks because the bed was so cold. Shower was great but leaked all over the floor.

Quiet. Noisy at times renovating room next door. Good big balcony. Easy parking. Keyless access good.

Need dusting. Crockery needs washing before new guests. Shower stall kept getting stuck. Big hard pillows. Clean bath mat and sweep daily.

Good location close to Tabourie beach and Ulladulla. Good hot shower and heating. Cheap to stay for a family of five.

Grounds are not well kept at all and we were woken early due to early mowing ( not sure was mowed as grass didn’t look any better) and construction hammering. Didn’t see any staff at all as you just get a PIN code to get into your room.

It was easy to find, keyless entry to rooms and close to where we wanted to be

The room wasnt very clean, the shower flooded the bathroom, their was no chair or couch in the room, only 1 bedside table and the bed moved around a lot Didn't see a single staff member the entire time we were their. Couldn't find the WiFi password And just overall the room felt awkward and unfinished

Room was clean, tidy & comfortable.

Having no reception staff on site was an issue as I had to contact the manager by phone to work out how to get in. Also I feel the lack of staff on site is a potential security problem - e.g. confrontation with other guests. In addition, the obvious nature of the room entry codes could easily be a security problem !

Despite being next to the highway it is surprisingly quiet. Had an issue with TV which was attended to very promptly.

Only contact with reception is by telephone.
