Filthy unclean - see photos of spider webs on windows

The motel is currently being refurbished and the work that is finished is a great improvement

Parts are still run down and spoils the look especially the lawns and gardens

clean and economical

I would have liked a few biscuits with the tea provisions. which is customery

Checkin process was fully automated. Room was large and clean and has nice view.

Was located in a small town close to Ulladulla, suites to my needs, was self checked in so didn’t actually see any staff

Nothing comes to mind.

Location and price

I didn’t see any staff so couldn’t ask where I could get a meal or how to get to the Lake. The bathroom floor needed a more thorough clean.

Location suited my needs but may be too out of the way for some people

No one around when I arrived so had to call the number on the door, but partly my fault as I’d had a message regarding check in that I’d missed. Pictures a bit misleading as they don’t reflect how the property is now
