Hotel NASS Casa del Aguila

Staff was helpful especially Cynthia. Remaining staff could learn more English. Comfort level of rooms could be improved. Breakfast needed more variety. hotel was very clean and well maintained. You can ask for a discount if u stay more than five nights.

Bien, pero hay algunos detalles que deberían tener en cuenta. Poner TV en las habitaciones y mejorar el desayuno. Por lo demás correcto.

Weren't really sure about the place until we got there and then immediately fell in love with "the Eagle". An old place that has been lovingly converted into a very beautiful B&B. Even though located near the center of town and on a very busy street, Mariscal Sucre, it was quiet. The really pleasant part was the staff which was always friendly, helpful, and very courteous. Breakfast was excellent, the room was always clean and promptly cleaned after we left in the morning, and the wifi while marginal in the room (#9) was always good in the business room. We will definitely return.

Very kind staff and clean room. Although I would have liked the option of keeping our towels for a few days instead of them getting changed every day (to help conserve energy)

Wonderful old Clonial building - great Breakfast buffet every morning - Cynthia on the front desk was so helpful. Close to Parque Calderon. Couldn't have been better.

We had a very quiet, wonderful stay in this little hotel. It is beautiful and the staff is very helpful and considerate. They even called (at 9:30) to remind us the first morning that breakfast was served until 10 a.m.- so we wouldn't miss it.

The room I was accomodated #4 is too small. The window is to a hallway. It does not have sunlight at all. I requested to change the room, but the newone still was too small, although it has a window with sunlight. I had another inconvenience with invoice. Taxes was not included within the reservation made with Expedia.com. Is impossible call to cels phones to Peru, from the Hotel.

Very nice & clean. Conveniently located to the historic district.I will definitely stay there again.
