Чудесный хозяин. Расположение. Сковородка, кастрюля, микроволновка,соковыжималка,блендер,чайник.Нам хватило всего)С водой проблем не было.Стиральная машинка есть(не пользовались)Отличная зона для сушки белья!

Хромает уборка в кухонной зоне.Пыль на микроволновке,дверь холодильника заляпана предыдущими гостями(внутри холодильник чистый).С вилками и чашками проблема.

The staff is very kind and friendly. You can store your luggage in the main hall, though everything stays in clear sight so not suited for leaving valuables. The room is dark in the morning so you can sleep. The fridge is quite large. There is a washing machine, though no laundry detergent.

The airco blows directly onto the bad so can't keep it on during the night, and it gets very hot. There is a fan but same issue at night. The pillow is very thick (high), and i had severe neck pain after waking up, though this seems to be the case in most vietnamese accommodations. The shower drain worked well for 1 day then got clogged, and water didn't go away at all. The room had a bit of a moldy smell. There is a kitchen yet no coffee/tea mugs. Also no cutting board or cutting knife, so preparing food or peeling fruit is not possible. Considering all factors, the price is too high for what you get

Comfortable firm bed and good Aircon and portable fan. Good location on quiet side street near shops and restaurants and beach 2 mins walk away. Staff very helpful and kind. During my stay the fan broke and they replaced it same day with a brand new one.

Very good location, 10 minutes walk to the beach, many restaurants, good coffee shop, convenient stores, pharmacies around. The owner is super friendly, and helpful, you can ask him anything you need help and he will respond fast and willing to support. Easy to rent a motorbike and explore the city without any issue. When we book the room, few days before we come, the owner called us and inform about the noise from neighbor which cause by the construction of them. However we still accept to keep the room. And our decision is the best, this place is perfect, they have everything you need.

If they can keep more hanger for hang the clothes will be better. They have washing machine which you can use easily, just buy the detergent at any shop close by, that will save your money.
