Swainson on Synagogue

Location was excellent and price was very reasonable.

Cleanliness was less than Fantastic, bed blankets had holes, apartment was a bit battered about.

Noise from club and generator. Need to advise that it’s student accomodation as well.

Few accommodation options were available in Adelaide CBD when we stayed so we were surprised to secure a fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony and view for under $200 / night. The apartment was so easy to access, so spacious and comfortable and the location couldn't be better - 1 minute walk to the restaurant, cafes and pubs on Rundle Street 3 minutes to the Rundle Street Mall, chemist, supermarket. Easy walk to the Botanical Gardens or stroll along North Terrace admiring the grand buildings of the universities, museums and galleries. The Swainson team are highly professional and responsive communicating all necessary information at each step in the process. Key Collection / Check In / Check Out were all clear and seamless. Highly recommend, I will certainly be staying at Swainson Apartments again. Mark - Darwin NT, Australia.

Common laundry had heaps of quality machines however they were coin operated with no facility to dispense coins. So first attempt to do laundry failed until we tracked down some $1/$2 dollar coins. Minor but annoying.

TV didn't work Toaster was dirty Kettle had dirty water in it The kitchen splash back was dirty The shower was horrible for a family of 4 The location was complained to find Car park was hard with 2 little children. We got asked to move while trying to unload our stuff to get into the room.
