"Not Quite Right"

Location close to many facilities; beds were comfortable

TV was broken by previous users and not yet replaced; the apartment was not properly cleaned (rubbish left in the bin; hair on the bathroom floor); the sofa was not comfortable to sit on (worn out and tired); difficult to open wardrobe; the apartment looked so much better in photos.
