Swainson on Synagogue

The location was perfect for our activities. The air con worked very well and because the weekend was extremely hot and we were grateful for that. Breakfast wasn't provided in the deal but it was great to have a small kitchen which all worked very well.

Some of the ammenities were a bit shabby. The couch smelt like scalp, the dishes not cleaned properly, and the towel rail looked like it might fall off soon. There were stains on the doona but the sheets and towels were very clean and none of these minor things bothered us very much. The floorboards were shrinking and therefore a bit gappy but we were warned about that and they weren't a hazard for us.

We were not supplied with the extra bed that was paid for and ordered well in advance.

everything was fine and the staff were very helpful whenever i rang and we got an early checkin

we could not get our key out of the locked box and had to get the housekeepers to come and let us in plus had to ask for extra toilet roll some face clothes and a dish cloth but delivered the next day

Was smaller than pictures made it appear The floor was broken The couch was uncomfortable The tv could not be turned on with the remote No toilet paper No bin bags Very noisy from night club needs window sound proofing

At the city center, size is reasonable.

Close a disco tech, noisy even after midnight..

Beds were comfortable

2 light bulbs were not working Didn't get keys for carpark
