No at all it was great welcoming really i surprised from the services at check in but after my check out unbelievable to receive all that issue and concern from this company not safe at all from the animal that cause scary for all my family till the fraud etc.

Great experience with the family, definitely recommend. I look forward to staying here again. My kids which are teenagers enjoyed their stay especially with the arts and crafts offered for the younger kiddos the amenities offered were a plus.Tatiana was very helpful.

We requested rooms nearby and were delighted to receive not only side-by-side accommodations but also a private area just for us. Tatiana at the front desk provided exceptional service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This is truly a hidden gem. Never knew this place existed. It has so much to offer for the whole family. This place is huge and gorgeous. Some of the amenities: Hiking, swimming (outdoor pool and large indoor spa) basketball, tennis , pickle ball (equipment included) 24 hr gym (with peloton) a zen deck (beautiful lake view),a tree deck ,rock climbing , baseball field, fireplace in every room, deck with table outside front door of your room, the cutest lobby with coffee and tea along side of an abundance of seating and multiple fireplaces,weekend events for the family (movies and crafts) a large outdoor fire pit with somore kits , omg so much more. Now on to the staff, by far in the top five best I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone was so genuinely kind and so helpful. Ok but the biggest surprise was the amazing food! Not a huge selection but , a three option four course meal that far surpasses most all restaurant I have been to. We recently went on a Disney cruise that is know for great food but has nothing on this culinary genius they have in the kitchen. I can not wait to go back.

Aming staff experience, Mike from security went above and beyond. Dinner staff A++ so accommodating and helpful. Front desk was kind and informative. So many activities at this lodge. We will be coming back in the summer.

This was a wonderful stay! Amazing value for what you get. Beautiful indoor and outdoor facilities. We had our own 2br2b cottage with a fireplace and beautiful views of the property. The indoor hot tub was very pleasant after a long drive. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be back!
