Amabilidad calidad de las instalaciones de su limpieza y de su amabilidad tanto en recepción como en desayunos o spa No creo que tenga margen de mejora y mira que suelo ser bastante de ver el único fallo que pudiera haber entre 1 millón, pero es que no había fallo alguno
