We liked the location and the private pool.

The shower head was loose and water flow was poor and not warm enough. Kitchen area was not tidy. Lots of ants on kitchen bench and floors .Unfortunately, we couldn't stay our full 3 nights and had to book another accommodation for our last 2 nights in Bali.My advise to owner,pay attention to the repairs and hygiene of your Villa.

Villa is located in a great spot. Just outside the hustle and bustle, but still very walkable to the main strips. Staff were lovely. Pool was spotless. All areas and rooms were spacious.

The bathrooms could use a good scrub/deep clean. The door to the bedroom is not air tight, so definitely use the mosquito net provided.

Location was okay. Close to main Seminyak attractions.

Falsely advertised on Booking. We had two villas and both were the same. Very dirty from filthy couches in reception through to bedding stained with other people's bodily fluids and mould. Safe didn't work, broken tiles, ants all over the Fruit bowl, bathroom drawer that wouldn't open, fridge looked like hadn't been cleaned with freezer frosted over, condiments such as tea & coffee not replenished, broken furniture and more. Spoke to staff several times to complain, yet issues still not addressed. The bedding was disgusting and we even found some sort of bug crawling around between sheets. We couldn't stay there and found ourselves a much nicer villa. We met with 'Manager' to discuss but she was not interested in the identified issues and appeared dismissive to our complaints. Have asked Booking.Com for a refund
