Staff are very helpful, had an issue with the bath tub staff provided an alternate room at the earliest. Area is very accessible less than 1 km to pretty much everything. Room is very big and as displayed in the images.

Villa is very spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was offered daily. Pool was cleaned daily. Its showing its age but u get what u pay for. Always felt safe, especially as a solo traveller. Very quiet and peaceful.

Towels didn't look clean, also the bed linen. They were a grey colour. Maybe better laundry service. Location is a bit far from anything. There are a couple of marts close by. It is showing alot of wear and tear but it was still clean and comfortable

The air conditioning was not cool/cold at all. We ended up buying a fan to get through the week.

The shower had mould around the bottom and when the room was cleaned there was more hair, possibly due to dirty mop/broom

Good pool comfortable space to relax

Bed sheets and linen stained. Towels worn and grey with holes in them. Shower recess was filthy. Floors through out the villa need a good scrub. Cutlery filthy and no tea towels provided. A strong smoke smell invaded the villa on a number of occassions which clung to all our clothes.
