Magna House

Excellent pre-check in information, very easy to follow instructions of where to locate the key box etc. Ample off street parking. Very quiet residential area, a very short walk to local amenities, immaculate apartment.

I found nothing to dislike about this apartment, it was exactly as described.

Poor quality mattresses Needs painting, plaster coming off the wall , wood rotting in the bathroom , extremely hot due to nice weather and provided with one small fan only, no bread knife

The upstairs neighbours were super loud. They kept on stomping from 11pm till 4am. It was impossible to sleep.

It was where we needed to be. We got a car parking space. The bedrooms were a decent size.

There were only enough towels for two people and one very small shower gel for four people. After 6 hours of driving we all needed a shower to freshen up. I emailed and always got quick responses but we didn’t get any. We had to leave at 10am the next day and towels were left inside the building whilst we were out but we didn’t get back until midnight. On further inspection the accommodation was very tired in appearance and quite dirty. Lots of stains on the walls. Quite a few ants. A chunk of glass on the floor in the bathroom. A dog chew in the settee and mould in the bedroom. It really needs a huge deep clean and a good lick of paint.

Location and pretty clean.

It was very hot in there and the beds were extremely soft.
