Magna House

The property was average. However, the communication with the hotel staff was not so great. I had a few issues accessing the building when I first got there. When I called for help, it was only through email.

It was a bit hot and could be made more comfortable in the summer with a fan

Great location and wonderful lodgings. Very clean and well spaced unit providing all necessary details.

Staff us not cooperative, and not helpful. The dishwasher is faulty, and we asked fir help. But no one come to help, not even try to fix it. We stayed for 5 nights and asked for more rubbish bags (only got 1 in the bin and no extra). But again, no one helps. The equipment is very dirty, including oven, fan and window. Equipment is very minimal.Frying pans are scratched, and you would not dare to use them to cook. In short, the holiday would be ruined to stay here !!!

Great location for shops and train station being only 5 mins away. Parking is excellent.

If i was being highly critical, which is not needed really but one for owner to look at for next guests is the laminate floor needed a good clean/mop because was dirty and odd sized glasses in cupboard and only two, plus the sink didn't hold water to wash up so you wasted water by running tap and using washing up liquid. The mattress was smaller than the bed so had a big gap at the end of it which you can bang your legs on. However. It is a great place though and would stay again.
