The property was clean and pleasant but there were no instructions left for the use of any of the appliances or heating.

Difficult to lock front door No instruction on how to turn on or off heating and it was cold. Managed but by hit and miss. Shower temp control faulty and only scalding shower possible

Not enough glasses for a group of 4 staying at the property. Check out stated to be 11 in apartment but email stated 10am

The boiler was not functioning properly in December! Cold. But to their immense credit when I moved out early as a result, I got a significant refund. Braveo to the owner and to Booking.Com - and I am sure it is fixed now. I will gladly stay there again.

Near to supermarket; train station

Not soundproof - we needed to tolerate the children running sounds from floor abv our unit ( ground floor) - which was really disturbing. Dont choose ground floor unit as the walking and running noise from floor above can be really nerve- racking The non-responsive / slow responsive of the property management to our needs of assistance / requests

The place is nicely equipped

The house is built very poorly and you can hear everything that happens on the floor above. Our neighbours had multiple children running until 1am on both nights. We didn't get 8 hours of sleep cumulatively in a 2-night stay. The bedsheets are incredibly poor quality and feel like they are never washed. They even had the previous guests' hair on them.

Too hot. Couldn't turn the heating down, the thermostat was set at 22.. Shower was scalding hot. Couldn't make it cooler. Not enough equipment for 4 people. Had to keep washing up so we could all eat and drink Not enough seating for 4
