Great location, very friendly owners. Comfortable

Big apartment close to the beach with excellent hosts.

I loved the owners of Kaya. A truly kind smiley couple who could not have done more for us. They were not in anyway imposing. They checked in once @ day to see did we need anything and to bring us delicious turkish home cooking & afternoon tea. When we bumped into them walking in town they were so happy to see us. The apartment is basic but has everything and its location is perfect, just a stones throw from the sea side and a walk along the promenade into the town. The balcony is perfect for breakfast & dinner (Beautiful bourganvilla and nice view out the side to the sea). The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is nice and bright. No hesitation is recommending this apartment to friends and family. It was great value for money.

Great view to the sea, very friendly hosts, great balcony, very close to the beach and comfortable distance to cafes.

some things need renovation, but everything were working.

Convenient check-in. Close to the center and the beach. Parking at the house. Comfortable beds.

Quiet but convenient location just a few minutes on foot from the waterfront and town center. Apartment is not fancy but spacious and comfortable. Hosts are welcoming and pleasant.

Kitchen is equipped rather basically (limited dishware, etc.) and additional power outlets in more convenient locations would be helpful.

The location was excellent. Near the beach, away from the noise of the town. It was very clean, well equipped kitchen and secure. Great sea view from the private balcony.

Shower door needed to be fixed - could be closed and opened, but need a repair

The property is basic at best, and needs a total refurbishment, it is also part of a family home with the owner’s belongings in some of the rooms.
