Kaya Apart Datca

Very clean and pleasant place. We stayed in the last floor two rooms apartment with a magical terrace. The location is really near the seaside and the tourist part of new Datça.

Cozy place A little bit dated apartment, but in a nice romantic way Hosts are very pleasant people (and a parrot) The owner drove us to bus station on his car when was asked to call a taxi

The apparement was very clean and super big with all amenities. The owner was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. There was parking on site. Very easy access and located very close to the beach and the Center.

Great location. Comfy beds. Great owners, they shared local tips with us.

the owners are very friendly, nice and pleasant people, treated us to figs and nuts. we stayed on the ground floor with a summer veranda. The room is clean, everything works, you can cook your own food. to the sea a couple of minutes on foot.

Funny parrot. Own parking lot. That I was staying here only for one night.

They dry sheets on the backyard opposite the parking lot, and I'm not sure if it's a healthy practice. The air conditioning is very noisy, and so is the refrigerator. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided. In the middle of my shower, the hot water ran out. The bed for children wasn't prepared. All the remote controllers are sticky, and the furniture is really old and of poor quality.

Interior of rooms can be improved. Not a big deal.

A very nice family owned apartments with lots of space for 2-3 people. Owners were very helpful and caring when we had some issues such as electricity cut that happened daily in Datca during our stay. There are coffee machines and free drinking water in the common area which was very nice to have. Location is also great, central but quiet during nights.

All was good in general knowing that the owners couldn't have solved electricity problem. One of the staff asked 2-3 times if we are checking out the day we were supposed to. Felt a bit strange since i told her already that we will be leaving by the check-out time already.
