Nothing special at all. You get what you pay for! It is 3stars hotel I expected more. I do not know how this hotel get 7,8 rating on Booking It should be not more than 6-6,5 I would like to praise the guy who runs the aerobics and mini club it was fun. Now low rating 2 just to reduce Booking rating.

The hotel building is old, refurbished but bad refurbished. Old Air conditioners in rooms, furniture is old, the hotel is a bit dirty, the restaurant is in open air and there is no air-conditioning. At the July temperature outside is from 33 to 40 degree C so you can imagine. Hotel hold open all windows on stairway to reduce temperature in building. Wi-Fi works terrible slow and slow in loby is free in other places in the hotel you have to pay but still slow and slow. Video call can not be able to establish very hard. Video impossible to watch. I can only say for messaging normal calls. Elevators work slowly or not at all. Dirty pool area and sunbeds. Dirty bed linen in rooms. Cleaning is terrible. And so on...

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It could easily be rated as a 4-star hotel, without a doubt, thanks to the high level of service provided. If it were located by the sea, it could even qualify as a 5-star property. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Turkey over the years, and we can confidently say that the quality, variety, and taste of the food here were the best we’ve ever experienced. The service is outstanding — the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff is extremely professional. During our stay, the hotel was full of Turkish guests due to a holiday weekend, yet everything was managed so smoothly — something we haven’t seen elsewhere. We’re especially grateful for the beautiful room with a panoramic view. Our stay couldn’t have felt more special, and we sincerely thank all the staff at Grand Alisa Hotel.
