Grand Alisa Hotel (Ex. Royalisa Hotel)

Very friendly staff and nice overall hotel only 100 metres from the seafront. Got upgraded to a decent room, which was clean and tidy and had wristband which allowed us free use of sunbeds on the beach, which was very good . Good selection of food at lunch and evening meal, and sufficient for a cheap all inclusive hotel. Breakfast a bit less choice, but sufficient since it's all inclusive. Overall a good hotel for a mid priced all inclusive hotel.

Pool was good size but as in any hotel, you had sunbeds quickly filled up, Spent more time at beach, using sunbeds there instead. Pool didn't seem the cleanest though and maybe not filtered often enough, so didn't use it much.

Breakfast and all meals top!! You are only a approximately 100 steps away from the hotel's beach. The hotel staff are very friendly and courteous and were always very competent when we had questions.I booked a sng room but was served a suit room without asking extra payment , Hotel is very closed to centrum , By walking 20 minutes but bus number 1 goes to centrum ,

Die Mittarbeiter im Hotel sind mega nett und freundlich insbesondere der Kinderbetreuer ,,Saleh'' und beim Restaurant alle Mitarbeiter die Chefin und Ali insbesondere 😉.Sogar die Putzhilfe war sehr sehr freundlich 😘 Liebe Grüße an alle und dem lieben Hotel Manager. Viele Grüße Familie Al Saedi

I will give a very honest review based on my own experience. The great part is that the eighth floor has a superb view over all Alanya and the balconies are a nice size. However, this is a very old hotel.The entrance has been refurbished nicely, but is very dark with the colours chosen. It has a spooky feel to it. That said it would feel.diffetent when full in summer time. The rooms have been newly painted, but are very basic and space. That said, you have what you need. With tea and coffee in the lobby available. The pool is out of use in the winter time, but it looks nice for summer etc. I had a weird experience with housekeeping who did the usual towel animals, then when they found out I wasn't staying were, let's say were less than pleasant. The old Turkish Hospitality has changed somewhat, with the thinking that all of us Europeans are Uber rich lol. Would I stay there again? NO. It was a strange feeling there for me that I didn't like, so I checked out.

Zeker een goed hotel voor de prijs, ik zou er met een gerust hart terug gaan. Eten is goed, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en er wordt goed schoongemaakt. Strand is op loop afstand, wat natuurlijk fijn is en het hotel is iets wat verouderd en de bedden zijn langzaam aan vervanging toe. Ik heb er genoten

Royalisa is a very nice hotel in a great location. Beach and Alanium mall are within a walking distance. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks are all included all day long in the main restaurant or in the beautiful gardens. Nice swimming pool with water slides for kids, aqua gym and different activities... Friendly staff especially Cenah who helped us a lot in all what we needed. Will definitely come back ! Thank you

Nog nooit zo n vreselijk ellende hotel meegenaakt. Bies, onveilig en ongezond hier te verblijven

Öncelikle Çok beklentimiz. yoktu ama yemek olarak çok çeşit yoktu. içeçek alırken müşteri ayrımı yapılıyor. mesela buz isteyince zaten içeceklerimiz soğuk diyorlar. Havuz başında hiç görevli yok. Kaydırakları kontrol eden kimse yok. kısacası kötü bir tatildi.
