"Superb"

An exceptional property, with staff going well above and beyond

Payment was a bit clunky at the front end, but ended up being smooth with USD equivalent in AUD being able to be transferred to an Australian bank account.

The property was as close as you could get to the beach without being in a large resort. There were lots of options for dining within walking distance. The rooms were incredibly quiet but it was a delight to have the option to hear the crashing of the waves on the beach. After nightly massages, we feel into the most comfortable beds. The floating breakfast was definitely a highlight and made our experience very unique. The rooms were spotless. The private pool was very clean and the perfect temperature. The staff were so fantastic and made sure all our needs were met throughout our entire stay. It was a milestone birthday for my friend and all the staff showed up at our villa with flowers, and a birthday cake to start her day. It was completely unexpected and made her birthday even more special.

On the Saturday night there was a wedding reception next door at the resort which we were not expecting, but it is hard to complain when paradise is out your front door.

The villa is beautiful and clean. The view is magnificent! The service is excellent.

The location and the narrow road - heavy traffic getting in and out of Villa to Seminyak center.

"Amazing pool and views, well worth the money."

Pool has amazing views of the ocean and surrounding areas, gets full sun which is just about impossible to find normally! You can relax and listen to the waves crash from anywhere on the 2nd story! Master bedroom also has great views and mattresses were very comfortable. Villas staff were beyond amazing and the best service I have ever had before. Cannot thank them enough.

The villa is a little dated and in need of some love and improvements. As well as the garden.
