Well located on the beach. Great staff.

The overall property was tired and in need of some pretty major refurbishment. This is generally the feeling with all of Bali after COVID though. Our pool, which is the central point of any stay in a villa in Bali was amazing but did back onto the adjoining properties dirty roof/ barbed wire and carpark. I had to get the maintenance staff to do some weeding around the pool as it was inundated with weeds and overgrown. The food (breakfast) was not great either, compared to some of the other Bali villa experiences our family has had, it was not great. I would recommend it though given its location, they just need to revisit their price based on this current offering.

Breakfast was okay, would have preferred breakfast be more aligned with the excellent location and overall excellent villa accomodation. Also would have liked more communication around available shuttle service.

Very friendly staff and super helpful . Lovely views of the ocean . Spacious and comfortable 3 rooms villa with good privacy that doesn't affect the ocean view and very clean. Breakfast is delicious especially from the chands restaurant. The hotel offered us free car rides to seminyak square which is very convenient. I would stay here again and recommend the 3 rooms villas to other large families.
