Great villa for a family holiday.

Watching the sunset from the private pool. The breakfast was arranged very nicely for us.

Unfortunately we had to leave as we were not made aware prior to booking the extreme level of noise that can be heard. From 2pm - 11pm the pounding tunes from the beach bar below (and along) are playing non stop to the point where you can’t hear each other talking. As we chose a villa next to the sea and out of Seminyak which was described as relaxing, we were incredibly disappointed. This matter was however resolved by the kind and helpful staff who refunded us.

I liked the location and proximity to the beach, loved the service each staff member provided exceptional service. I also loved our Villa and pool area, it was a great space.

The bathroom smelled bad on occasion, we believe it was the pipes that smelled like sewage. The view of the ocean was 90% blocked from our pool because we had a villa on the 1st floor, I wish I had known that beforehand and I wouldn’t requested a slightly higher floor.

Beautiful views of the ocean. The staff were lovely and helpful. Great location.

The property is abit dated and needs abit of a spruce up. But otherwise a wonderful stay.

Amazingly friendly and attentive staff. Great location right on the beach, nice bars and restaurants near by and next to the W Hotel so easy access to a gym.
