Large apartment. Beds are not too bad. Quiet. Well kept gardens to the front. Good location

Apartment 9 needs updating. Paint and picture missing off walls, exposed nails Bad smell from the sink in the kitchen. Dirty glasses and cracked. Fridge needed a better clean. Coasters in the living room covered in tea and coffee stains. The cleaner is definitely letting this business down. Did send owners an email before writing this review hoped they would reply, but never did.

Spacious property, kids loved staying here. Helpful staff. Had a few issues with the tv wifi connection. Kitchen had everything except a can opener.

Wifi connection did not work even after using password given. Deep cleaning needed in some place windows had dusty sill, apart from this it was spotless.

Great location, comfortable, clean, plenty of space, comfy beds/pillows

Everything was great other than check out by 10am - would have preferred 11am so everyone could get showered as only 1 bathroom.

Lack of utensils- ie, only 3 forks? No pan lids. Tired kitchen units. Fridge needs defrosting. Light not working in main bedroom. Little information for guidance etc. No hot water- sorted after ringing owners, but should be working anyway
