It was spacious, very clean. We had everything we needed but had to request for a frying pan.

We would have given the property top rating but the shower was extremely poor. The water pressure was inadequate, almost a trickle at times. Not ideal for four people sharing an apartment.

Communication was good, the location is excellent for what we needed. The apartment was a good size and comfortable. Facilities were good with a full kitchen etc.

The shower! Oh my word it's appalling, I think it's due to low water pressure but I've got wetter when I sneezed before! Something needs to be done as this lets the whole place down.

The apartment was furnished very nicely with a home from home feel. We weren't able to hear any noise from other guests and it was well equipped and overall presented well.

The instructions were very unclear about how to gain access to the property. My family and I were walking the property grounds with our luggage, and I had to call the booking line twice for instructions. If we had arrived at night, we would have definitely caused a nuisance! A guest on the ground floor saw us struggling and came and explained the process to us and let us in the building. Upon entry to the apartment, there was an overwhelming musky smell, especially in the kitchen that detracted from how comfortable the property looked, the smell didn't dissipate during our stay and it was off putting whilst we were eating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay with you again.

I would highly recommend these apartments. We had the Superior one, and it was lovely. It is very well equipped, and it had everything we needed in it. The location is great, and there is loads of street parking if unable to get on the site carpark. Very close to the Beach and a few shops/ takeaways if you didn't want to walk into the centre. (Which was only 5 mins away) Would definitely return to these apartments.
