We loved the location. So close to the National Forest. Our only complaint was the bed
Unique but worn. Office was not open in the moring durimg office hours.
I immediately loved the history of this lodge. It's what drew me in, I travel with a 7 year old who is particular about staying on the second level, but I convinced him to enjoy a 1st level accommodation. We LOVED it here. The mid-century modern renovation was great. The shower was clean, modern and HOT. We gave the front desk person a run for their money when we accidentally locked ourselves out after first checking in. He was kind and joked about it the whole time. Its family friendly and we slept very well. We will absolutely be staying here again as we only live about 2 hours away and love a quick coast getaway.
very unique place. Loved the mid century style. check in staff was so friendly and helpful.. liked the room Walked to some decent food. Just a cool, funky, safe, easy, friendly place to stay.
This is the best motel I’ve stayed in. The history of the motel is interesting as well as the area. The rooms are neat, tidy and updated. Dining options are within walking distance. It is a comfortable venue and has some vintage-like amenities (love the mini refrigerator/freezer that is new but looks vintage!) I internet access is fine.
Bed needs to be upgraded. Not very comfortable
