Excelente habitació, las camas son muy comodas, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien

The food is good but plates are small

The customer service is terrible. The staff come and take away your plate before your completely done, and are very ignorant about the tip. They always try to put a higher number then what I have said. Very pushy to get the food order when I am still looking and deciding what to eat.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is near Clinica de Merida.

The hotel was not clean, smelly. Water was slimy and had a smell plus was cold.
