El servicio estuvo excelente, la verdad era la primera vez en Mérida y todos se portaron muy amable con nosotras. Fue muy seguro, muy rápido el check in y el check out, los cuartos limpios y todo funcionaba muy bien, lo único por lo que no le doy 5 estrellas es porque no funcionaba la secadora de cabello y el control de la tele no jalaba muy bien. De ahí en fuera excelente servicio.

"Be careful of the price listed versus what you pay in person."

Great value for it's location. We stayed here because of our health concerns, and this location was close to the hospital. I would stay here again.

When we book on platforms like booking.com or any other OTA, we expect the prices to be honoured by the hotels listing the prices. When we arrived, we were charged $400 pesos more because they did not want to honour the booking.com price. We paid because we didn't have a choice, but hotels should be banned from using platforms like booking.com if they will change prices when you arrive.
