Staff were lovely but bit confusing as to where to check in. Room was nice, spacious and clean, but accommodation areas (including stairways etc) could all do with a bit of sanding down and paint touch ups (peeling paint in bathroom, scuffs on walls…) Not a bad place though, would stay again

Great location for our needs, food was fantastic (quite large) breakfast to keep going for a day and a half . Service was very professional morning noon and night, well staffed.

My only concern would be parking in later months as it was pretty busy in Feb.

Nice big room facing the river .. waking up and opening the curtains to a lovely view.. breakfast was nice.. I would stay again.. will be visiting in the summer

Lovely location and a great restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. The hotel offered an extensive menu with large proportions. Staff very friendly attentive and obliging and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Andy the manager was extremely helpful and efficient. The bedroom was good but with the rest of the accommodation needs refreshing.

The back entrance to the accommodation was a little untidy and not very welcoming. Needs to be refreshed and more inviting.

Good size room and en-suite. Food very good in restaurant. Just some minor repair of decorations required in en-suite. Overall a good stay.
