The location for sight seeing was perfect. The hotel has an excellent dining facility and exceptional menu choices for breakfast and evening meals. The portion size is way above expectations . Good area for outside seating. Dogs allowed inside as well. Staff were very friendly and attentive towards customers.

I had to ask for my room to be replenished with water etc. once mentioned, the management were straight onto it.

Location was lovely alongside the broads , room was lovely and clean ,with lovely views of the broads and looking towards the green (no 2) from the window , shower was brilliant very good water pressure , and nice to have tea / coffee / milk etc in the room , would have been nice to have some biscuits aswell like most places do , staff very pleasant ,, food was exceptional, breakfast amazing , would stay again .

What a wonderful place. The room was large and spacious with a wonderful view of the river. Meals were flavourful and plenty. I genuinely say that the breakfast was the BEST I have had in all my years of business travel.
