The location is perfect .

Think things need updating in the room we stayed in , broken glass window which needs replacing not a very pleasant look especially when it is a harbour view .

First morning breakfast felt a little strange and quiet. I’d suggest having some low background music on, possibly the radio.

Located close to everything the room was comfortable and clean and staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and set us up for the day ahead

Fabulous location the staff were so friendly and helpfull. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty will definitely stay again and recommend to freinds and family

Right in the heart of Whitby and the staff were fantastic Beautiful views over the harbour from our bay window and was probably the most comfortable bed we have slept in at any hotel. Great breakfast freshly cooked We stayed for the Grampus festival weekend and we going back next year for the Goth festival and will be staying here again
