Prime location

Rooms could do with updating mould in the shower and muck on the shower pipes wasn’t very clean cobwebs on the chandelier wasn’t very clean

The location of the property was perfect for a shopping trip with my kid. It was in great condition and everyone we spoke to (the staff and customers) were friendly.

The property was lovely and well kept. No complaints. The breakfast was lovely, the hotel and bar were clean and well kept. The only issue we had the entire stay was that one of our room’s bathroom windows was stuck open and left the bathroom cold during the evening/ early morning. Bless the member of staff (I think his name was Steve) for trying to close it at a moments notice, but sadly that thing was royally stuck. It was lodged as something that needed repairing. The way it was handled was truly appreciated.

"Friendly staff lovely room value for money"

Only down fall was dirty windows spoilt the view but didn't impact the stay.
