Pool area was lovely

Our room had a raised bed that was difficult to get in and out of. The shower mount was non existent so having a shower with a hand held shower in such a small space was very difficult

Room was clean and facilities in room good

The bar reception area was never manned Was very annoyed to see it advertised very much cheaper for same period

Great location. Room was bigger than expected. Welcomed with a bottle of local wine waiting inside the room. Basic kitchen with fridge, stove and a sink. Room was cleaned everyday.

Staff/hospitality can definitely use a lot of work. I never once saw anyone at reception during my stay and it was challenging to get ahold of anyone in person when I wanted to leave my luggage upon check out. The Deluxe Room features a loft bed with a very low ceiling so I wouldn't recommend it for tall individuals. The pillows smelled a little musty and the wifi wasn't reliable. The AC wasn't strong enough and couldn't reach the loft bed. Some noise can be heard from the other rooms. Okay choice but would look for better options.

Location of the property was excellent with a short five minute walk to the port. Pool was also lovely and it was nice and quiet so we mostly had it to ourselves. The room was lovely and modern and bed was comfortable.

The only negative was that the air conditioning wasn’t great. We woke up each night at around 6/7am roasting hot each night as the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough.

Great location, very comfortable room and lovely bathroom.

The only issue was our AC was very old and slow to cool the room down. Even on the highest setting. We told the property about it and they kindly left us a fan in the room to compensate - which we appreciated.
