Very quiet hotel and responsive host.

Air conditioning needed repair - it wasn’t hugely effective. This was done but took a couple of days and even after maintenance it wasn’t brilliant

Location was great

Had a pool which was nice, bed was comfortable. Was also nice to have a balcony.

The pool bar wasn’t attended too and the air conditioning was quite old meaning the room stayed a bit warm.

The pool and lounge chairs were nice way to cool off and the ONLY redeeming quality about this hotel

Given how expensive the hotel is you would expect that the facilities were at least satisfactory. This was not the case - our bathroom was filled with mold and neither of the shower heads worked in the slightest. They both just sprayed water aimlessly with minimal water pressure. We also were left with dirty dressing gowns in our room with what appeared to be fecal matter on the sleeves. We were also given stained sheets that were not replaced despite multiple requests and being assured the sheets would be changed. The aircon also was awful. It rarely worked and given you can’t leave it on when you leave the room it was impossible to keep the room cool. Kitchen sink also had lots of build up and appeared to not have been properly cleaned in quite sometime. Would not stay here again and would definitely warn others against staying here.
