Very hard to fault the hotel as it is good value for money.

Comfortable rooms and bed, lovely staff, fantastic buffet breakfast!! Quiet location, free bike hire, did I mention the staff?!

Premetto: tutto pulito, solo un appunto sull’asse del bagno (WC), è ora di sostituirlo, la plastica è gialla .. e al bagno non è proprio piacevole trovare un asse wc giallognolo. Ma ripeto, tutto molto pulito.

Unser 2. Aufenthalt innerhalb eines halben Jahres, da wir so zufrieden mit der Lage; der Unterkunft und vor allem dem Service des Personals waren. Geplant war ein erneuter Aufenthalt in Hoi An nicht, jedoch waren wir von dieser Unterkunft so begeistert, dass wir noch einmal zurück kommen wollten. Preis/Leistung ist wirklich unschlagbar und das Hotel entspricht definitiv europäischen Standards. Wir haben alle Angestellten ins Herz geschlossen und noch nie eine so herzliche; freundliche Art erlebt. Man hat sich wirklich wie bei seiner Familie gefühlt und hatte immer etwas zum Lachen.

Es gibt wirklich gar nichts zu beanstanden.

The location(close to the beach and quite a few highly rated restaurants and bars), the swimming pool in the backyard. The front desk ladies, Wendy, Libby and Jen, would go extra way to make your stay a pleasant one.

Late night contruction close by on my first night. Luckily, the staff handled it in a satisfactory manner and offered me room switch the next morning, on top of that, free transfer back to Da Nang. Very warm and genuine gestures. Much appreciated.

Great location, 5/10 minute walk to the beach and they offer free transportation into the old town. All the staff were excellent, so friendly and servant all of the time. Talking us through nearby trips, best food places and routes to the best nearby beaches. All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. We even booked for two extra nights as we just had such a great experience and definitely one to remember throughout our travels around Vietnam. Will definitely be returning to this hotel in the near future.

That we couldn’t possibly stay any longer and had to move on to our next location 😊
