"Best Hotel in Vietnam"

How do you describe one of the best little hotels in Vietnam? The staff are the best. Happy, smiling, helpful, great personalities, especially Cong, (Billy) and some of the receptionists. Truely great breakfasts. Near beach (200meters) and a short ride to town on the shuttle bus. Rooms immaculate, garden and pool area great for a drink and a swim. In house restaurant food very good and reasonable. I have been traveling and living in Vietnam for 13 years and this has to be the best all-round hotel I have stayed in. Hope to be back and if in Hoi An, will be looking to stay here.

"Great value for money if staying in Hoi an"

Good value for money, free breakfast plus shuttle transportation to the old town. Also can organise activities straight from the hotel.

The room colour was a bit too strong, the green was a little uncomfortable but I think every room has a different colour

Everything was perfect! The room was very clean, great shower! Amazing breakfast with a good amount of food! We love the swimming pool and the good vibe of the patio, hands up to the mango smothie from the bar! All staff was very nice, smiles everywhere! The shuttle to the old city is a plus, and the distance is ok for grab too! Nice place to rest and go with kids, we can't wait to go back!

"Amazing Atmosphere at Athenia."

The kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness of the hotel. Not only did they interact with us, but they booked several tours and taxis for us, making our trip all the more enjoyable. The overwhelming number of facilities (pool, spa, cocktails being brought directly to the pool, free shuttle, and more!)

Nothing. The place is literally heaven on Earth.

Great location, very helpful, efficient and kind staff. Hotel was good, met our needs. Room size was great and the beds were comfy. Everything you needed was on hand in the room.

Hotel is a little far from Hoi An Old Town but very close to the beach. We would have like a more frequent shuttle into town but grabs were easy to get.
