Athenia Boutique Hotel & Spa

This hotel is a gem! Excellent staff, so attentive and kind, food exceptional, facilities great( free bike and transfer to town). It is just across the road from the beach, restaurants and massage spots. I highly recommend it.

The staff were amazing. Just so attentive. It is a very pretty hotel, great breakfast and I love it because its not in the hussle and bustle of busy Hoi An which is easy to catch a grab to. You can also organise lots of activities through the hotel. A most enjoyable stay. Thank you all so much.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Old Quarter before movinf here for a getaway for another two nights. Excellent location despite it not being downright on the shore but a short walking distance for 10 mins. They provide towels and a beach bag you can snag anytime before hitting the beach. Free shuttle by Hoian Go is included to fetch you between the old town and the hotel. The room is spacious and plenty of unpacking space. Strong water pressure which was great. Bed was comfy with soft and long pillows. Television worked well with multiple channels in English. Lovely balcony with a city view and ocean at a distance. Breakfast is great. The best thing about the stay is the staff. They were all so welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with luggage and services. JADE - one of the young ladies working at the FO is the sweetest. She definitely deserves a promotion/raise. She was always there to greet us, help with booking the shuttle, introducing services, and smiley all the time. Thank you Jade for making our stay a lot more enjoyable.

The bathroom is fine but there was an unpleasant smell upon our arrival though we couldn't identify what it was. It seems like parts of the facilities are going down. The shower head didn't stay in place and kept wobbling.

The floor in our room was quite dusty but very minor in the grand scheme of things.

Loved everything, lived in hoi an previously for 9 years so know the area very well and decided to try Athenia as was up at the beach and exceeded expectations in everyway. The staff were amazing with my two children Amelia and Oliver and will definitely be back next year! We had the family room (Two rooms joined) and also stayed in the triple room for 2 nights both perfect! we stayed in total for 13 nights.

Amazing stay! Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are spotless. Close to the beach, not that far from the old town, especially nice when you rent a motorbike, but there was a scheduled shuttle car, which is nice. And free bikes! Tasty breakfast. Nice pool and quiet space, considering it is pretty close to the road. There is a pool table and table tennis as well. I also had a wonderful massage! Perfect place, I wish all my stays would be like that. :)

None :) It would be perfect for me if there were a gym, but I wouldn't have time to use it anyway. :P

The room was roomy, big bed and great balcony. Staff were great, friendly very helpful.

The staff is so nice and friendly, and the hotel environment is very clean and comfy. They even give you some souvenirs when you check out. Great and worthy.

Not for travelers that love to party, cause it's a bit far from bars or shops.I love to stay cause it's quiet and relaxing 😎

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and would 100% come back again without a doubt. Big, clean and quiet rooms. Excellent service by the staff. Delicious breakfast with daily changes. Free bikes to rent for a short ride to the beach. Welcome drink and snack as well as farewell gift. All our wishes accomodated with a smile. And absolutely loved playing some pool and ping pong as much as we wanted. Value for money really can't be beaten here. Book it and see for yourself :)
