Vila Fuji Bon Voyage Mori

The location is good, facilities are overall good, particularly the kitchen and the bathroom.

The parking arrangement was totally unacceptable, the staircase is very steep, the sofa is very low and uncomfortable (just like the legs were removed). The air-conditioning at the living room is very poor. The management has put excessive warning signs all round the premises (on floors, walls and tables) which makes us feel uncomfortable during the stay.

Clear view of the Fuji mountain from the living room and the balcony, especially in the morning. Nice neighborhood. Enough room for family of four.

It would be better if the house owner could upgrade the air conditioning in the bedrooms, sometimes the sound of AC was loud.

The location is breathtaking. We can see Fuji mount in our room.

- Too much restrict rules. - Couldn't see the Fuji mt. view as show in the given information. - Staff won't do anything for help when the emergency thing happended and we've already told them (Our car got stuck in snow and no equipment available for snow removal but luckily we had the hands of other tourists to help)
