This house was perfect for our needs! We booked it for 3 nights in between Tokyo and Hakone and it was so nice to have space to spread out after staying in a very small hotel room. It was my husband, my 2.5 year old and myself. There were 2 bedrooms with nice-sized beds and a third room with a Japanese-style bed (floor mat with sheets and pillows). It was great to have the washer/dryer combo to do laundry, although I had to research how to work it at first! They provided laundry detergent, toiletries, umbrellas, anything you could really need. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but made use of the fridge and freezer. The location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk from the train station and then about 10 minutes through the neighborhood to close-by restaurants and a coffee shop. They were very immediate in responding back to me and provided clear instructions for check-in. Would recommend to families or others staying in the area who want some space!

The villa has an AMAZING view of Mt. Fuji (so long as it's not cloudy of course). We were lucky to have experienced this amazing view. It's walking distance to the Toyota Rent a Car, has its own parking, and is located in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Really good for families or even a group of friends. It's around a 10 minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station. Lots of slippers provided. Amenities like towels, toothbrushes, and shampoo were provided.

Genkan was quite dirty when we arrived. There's this wooden box bolted to the floor between the dining table and the door to the bathroom which was a very very frustrating obstruction. There's no full body mirror and clothes iron. Not enough coffee pods. These are not deal breakers tho. Would still recommend the place!

This property was such a great place! It’s cosy but spacious at the same time! Plenty of room and such a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, it is walking distance to the bus stop which makes it easy to get around and visit all the popular sites.

too many instructions and “don’t” the part where we can’t drop off in front of the house nor walk in the area is ridiculous I dont blame the property though but the glamping side need to CHILL
