Had flat tire during labor day weekend so had to stay two more days very kind helping me in my stay until I could get my new tire let me stay as long as I needed no problems with staying as needed during day time until check I time was blessed to have these guys on my side nice people!!!

Not clean at all.Also, no coffee available in the morning other than the dirty little pot in room.layers of dust

Bathroom and sink not clean, hair on shower floor. Coffee in lobby not good, greasy.. Light outside of window bright all night, no blackout curtains. Bed squeaked everytime you moved

The place was nice we checked in late so they had the key waiting for us. The only thing i didnt like.. these were non smoking rooms and our neighbor smoked right outside our door and it came into our room!

Franklin inn was a great stay for me when i had to book abruptly, they were very accommodating to my somewhat late check in , and was an average room i was able to stay in for a few days

The beds were very hard. Pillows were wafer-thin. The soap was the size of a pack of chiclets. Nowhere in the shower to put soap. The toilet needed human intervention in the top tank to flush and refill properly. Only coffee for breakfast. While the price was $100/night, it was not really worth it.
