Toilet defective, no tv instructions, refrigerator very noisy, a/c noisy, outside light shone around edge of entry door, online quote was $87, check-in price with tax was $135. Pillows and their cases very uncomfortable. I realize very old building, but maintenance is needed.

Room was ok. Across from a dumpster with trash strewn about. Noisy AC.

First room the ac wasn’t working. But was politely moved to another room.

Place is very clean. Conveniently located across the street from restaurants and the beach. Met the wonderful woman that cleans and preps the rooms. Her name was Quell. She is one very hard worker and a true valuable asset to this hotel! She was working our floor alone when we arrived. She had just finished our room. We didn’t have a tv remote and she stopped what she was doing to get us one. Our room was immaculate. She was very pleasant and has a beautiful smile and personality. She’s definitely a hard worker and deserves a bonus or some kind of recognition/reward for her dedication to her job.

The staff were so kind, extremely supportive and helpful to me and my family. They went over and above to ensure that my stay was the best, they could offer. They offered a continental breakfast everyday. The room was ready for me, on time when I arrived. The stay was comfortably well. The room was clean, also, necessary toiletries was definitely provided. Also, nice towels, a beautiful large screen television. The room came with a small refrigerator with a top freezer… just the right size. It was quiet and a safe place. This was my second time staying at Franklin Inn. I will always stay there, whenever I am visiting Carrebelle, Fl. It is very close to everything and reasonably priced to make your vacation great. They truly care about their guests. Thank you staff members at Franklin Inn.
