The Franklin Inn is a frequent go to. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. This is a convenient, clean, maintained, and reasonable stay.

Toilet had to be plugged every time you use it. TV wouldn't go above volume 5 so there was no point in watching it. AC couldn't cool the room because the bed blocks it. Not worth what they charge.

You get what you pay for. I was traveling with my elderly father and we were happy to see a walk-in shower. However, there were no safety handles. There was also no place to put your shampoo or soap. The toilet didn’t have a lid so I couldn’t put anything there either. There was a strange black substance on the hair dryer and outlet. The corners of the room had not been swept in quite some time. Found a toenail in one corner. Very thin sheets and bedspread. The front desk did provide a blanket for my father. I saw a roach crawling around on the microwave. The AC worked very well.

Great spot in Carrabelle. Clean, friendly check in, nice's updates to the room. Beautiful shower, clean room , nice beds.

The room was clean however we did a problem with ants coming in. Check in was 3 however we had to wait for the floor to be mopped almost 3:45 before we got to go in. Everyone was nice.

The facility was very clean. We had 3 separate rooms and they were all next to each other. Quick trip, not in the room much, but they had tv and internet, hair dryer, frig, microwave, small coffee maker

Beautiful quiet area. Hotel was very economical and staff were friendly.
