Camere da Cecè

We enjoyed our stay at Camere da Cece! The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is very generous with a few different options. The shower had good pressure and the beds were comfortable. The most stunning beach was only a short walk from the property down the stairs and the staff let us borrow an umbrella which was much needed.

The air conditioning wasn’t as strong as we would prefer.

We had a lovely stay at Camera da CeCe. The room was beautiful, big and the decor is in keeping with the traditional style of the Italian Casa. We are made to feel so welcome by the owner himself, his daughter who could speak good English and the lovely lady who chatted to us every morning at breakfast. We ate at the restaurant on the first night, the food was excellent, especially the mussels. The house is in a quieter part of Tropea, with lots of little alleyways to wonder around, the whole place looks beautiful lit up at night, and you can access everything easily from here. Thank you to everyone at Camere da CeCe and hope to stay with you again.

The Hotel was in a great location to the beach and the centre. The staff were really friendly, and accommodating with exceptional service . I really enjoyed getting to know the lovely Michela during breakfast service who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional.

The location was perfect and the room was gorgeous. Cecè was kind and generous. He doesn’t speak English and we don’t speak Italian. Using a translator made it so easy. We had lovely conversations with him. His employee, Mickey, runs the kitchen. She bends over backwards to get you what you need. Her English is quite good. She was lovely. A+ would recommend and would come back!

Loud in the mornings, but we knew that from the reviews, so we brought earplugs. It was just fine.

location adjacent to old town. steps from stairway to beach. wonderful, large comfortable room with a balcony opening onto the square. Ancient building. we loved it. very good breakfast until 1030. daily housekeeping. the host is delightful and went above and beyond anything we expected. we’ll be back!

The Hotel was not far away from the beach. There were stairs behind the building which led us to the beach directly. Breakfast was great. Served with everything you need. Room-service was provided everyday. The hotel owner is a very kind and welcoming person.
