We had such a lovely stay here! The owner & his family were so lovely & made us feel extremely welcome. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast had great options for an Italian breaky & the lady in the kitchen was really sweet. We also had dinner in their restaurant and it was our favourite meal in Tropea. The location was also amazing, only a 3 minute walk to the centre of town & a 15 minute walk to the beach. Thank you so much for having us.

The aircon kept switching on/off throughout the night + it was noisey late at night when people were in the restaurant downstairs/with the bell ringing. Other than that, it was perfect.

The best host ever. Thank you for the fantastic hositality, kindness and superb dinner. Aurhentic Calabrian stay - we wish to return.

The hosts are welcoming and kind and were very flexible with an early check in, which we appreciated coming in by train. Excellent walk ability to the main center of town and the sea stairs

The air conditioning really didn’t work at all, even when it was “on” the room was very hot and stuffy, and it was almost impossible to sleep. Also a lot of noise from the streets below, even at 2 and 3:00 in the morning

Aircondioners didn't always work, wifi only worked outside the building. Owner overcharged city tax.

You can’t park your car anywhere close, which we didn’t know until we got there. A fair way to walk if you have lots of luggage but the host accommodated us by collecting luggage to and from car. We had two rooms, one of the rooms has a very small bathroom with nowhere to hang towels and put toiletries.

Location is great, breakfast was also very nice, courteous staff, bed was good, spacious room.

Parking 400 meters from room. It costs €15 per day which we were aware. Not really far unless you carry heavy luggage.

The room was spacious, beautiful historic building in the center of it all. Breakfast was good, hosts were friendly and overall it just had a nice vibe.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay of 3 nights at Camere de Cece in Room 4. It is a large spacious traditionally decorated room with many large windows with a view of the 2 different streets that made the room very bright. Lots of room and cupboard space for comfort, as well as a small balcony. The bathroom was also large and very well equipped with lots of bathroom and shower supplies. Our son and his family stayed in Room 1 and while the room was spacious, it was a much darker room. The windows faced another building so the light was blocked. Attached there is also a small, separate room for a child to sleep in, which was very convenient. Room 1 was also just directly up from the staff's break spot for a place to smoke, the smell wafting upwards and sometimes not pleasant. While my wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our room, our son was not as pleased. Really a fabulous location, the apartment is several minutes walk to the centro storico, with many restaurants and stores. There was no beachfront as suggested in the descriptions, and it was a pleasant 10 minute walk to the public beach, which was usually busy. . Although the on-site restaurant was also not open, there was an adequate breakfast with fresh offerings that was served in their small breakfast room by a very friendly woman. The service was very friendly in the bnb, but you were on your own most of the time, with no staff around, which was private and comfortable

Parking was about about a 15 minute walk away, at an extra charge, which we were made aware of before hand
